- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I would like to start off by saying if I could leave a 0 star review, I would. Most of the people at this location have NO CLUE how to run a bank. They almost NEVER answer the phone when you call and if/when they finally answer, they're VERY rude. I spoke to a woman named Robin (Not totally sure how to spell her name) when I FINALLY got an answer and she was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful. I can't believe they allow such a terrible customer service representative to work for a bank. 0/10 PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK!!!By Hugh Mungus, December 03, 2016
